How we handle your personal data

Contact form: your name, work email, company, phone number (optional) and your message.

Website visits: technical data your browser sends with every request, such as IP address, browser type and time of access, recorded in server logs.

We use enquiry data to reply to you and to prepare a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use server logs to run and secure the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in data centres in Germany. Contact-form messages are delivered by email through Microsoft Azure Communication Services in the EU. We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for at most 24 months afterwards, unless a contract follows. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. It may store one technically necessary cookie that remembers your language.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your data, to data portability and to object to processing. Write to info@e-sluzby.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
